“I forgot to say I especially like the belt drive for the C5 as it is so easy to clean and maintain rather than a conventional chain.

“Like all Gazelle bikes the Grenoble C5 eBike is a sturdy, robust and very well engineered bike and very comfortable to ride. Being able to buy it with a large frame is great for tall riders like myself.
My only critisim is the "Walk-Assist" which is worse that useless. On the flat it seems to work OK but when you need it most going up hills or steps it just turns off and you have repeatedly switch it back on to get it to move. In the end you just have push it yourself which is tough with a heavy eBike. All Fully Charged could do for me was to tell me the newer model has this problem fixed - great! Gazelle themselves put the blinkers on and deny there is a problem.”
