“I’ve had the S5 for 6 months now & the battery has already lost 20% of its capacity, how long before I need to shell out £550 for a new one? The ride is rock hard, no wonder VanMoof are now selling a seat rig with suspension, the bike is also excessively heavy. I should have listened to people telling me to go for others that they ride but I thought VanMoof was the Rolls Royce of electric assisted bikes. An expensive mistake. Don’t make the same mistake I did.”
