“Following multiple delivery delays and very poor communication from Feugo, my oven eventaully arrived and I was very excited.
The oven itself is really nice however I have had a lot of cracks, a failed thermometer and the front name plate fallen off all during the curing process. I contacted Feugo and the response I got was that they would send me replacement parts and some render for me to repair the oven myself. Additionally, one side looks stained from some sort of oil that was probably spilled on it, again raised with no resolution. I am not an artisan builder and never worked with concrete or render, how am I supposed to repair something and keep it at the same standard as the factory ??
The oven is great but the service and after sales care from Feugo leaves a lot to be desired when purchasing a very expensive permium oven.”
