As a spectacle the ovens are beautiful to look at and are a really centrepiece of the kitchen. The team at Fuego ovens were fantastic and their customer service, advice and knowledge was first class. Finally the cookware has to be worth a mention because it’s the most practical way to cook using this oven. They look fantastic, they are very rustic but dishes in the restaurant look fantastic served in these cazuelas, plates and roasting dishes.”
