“Very nice but a lot of small chocolate balls with no nuts in. Nice chocolate but not what was ordered. A small detail which wouldn't prevent me buying again or recommending the product”

“I bought these as a gift, so I’m really rating the service. The package got damaged on route (not Friars fault), when I told them they replied by email straight away and got me a replacement box within a couple of days. I’m really pleased with the service. Very helpful, especially as it’s Christmas”
