“I bought 2 packs and both were of very poor quality. You had brought the price down by £2 as you wanted to clear the old stock. You are a very reputable company and you must not sell such old stock. I can’t understand how you missed to notice all the dirt around the packet. In one packet the white covering paper was missing. Taste demonstrated how old the chocolate was.”
