“Beautiful chocolates, best I have had and equal to those I tasted in Bruges! A problem with the courier not caring for the package resulted in hald the chocolates being sashed but Friars were more than helful and responded immediately with a new box sent in bomb proof packaging! In short brilliant chocolates and brilliant customer care! Thanks!”

“The chocolates are the best I’ve had and l have ordered them twice. The only down side is that the packaging needs to be better as in both cases the chocolates were damaged. They did replace them immediately at no extra cost. However this could be avoided if the packaging offered more protection.”
