“I have purchased these chocolates on a few occasions and always have been extremely satisfied On this occasion when I opened the box I was really disappointed as the chocolate had melted somewhat ruining the gift”

I am sorry that the chocolates arrived melted, this must have happened during transit as we do not have any direct heat sources anywhere near where the chocolate is stored. If you could please contact us directly we will resolve this issue for you. Regards, Friars Customer Service.
