“I love these chocolates and the only thing I would like Friars to consider is the little sugar topping on the top as these often fall off in transit so perhaps something else could be considered like a tiny blob of either rose or violet icing to identify each type?”

“This is approximately the 4th box I've had (possibly more!) this time the chocolates just didn't feel the same standard as previous ones, the violet flavour was quite subtle, not as flavourful as normal ( rose was lovely) and it was as though the fondant had been double dipped in the chocolate so when bitten into the top layer broke leaving another layer which got quite messy! I'm not complaining about having more chocolate but it was a little faffy - I found the fondant texture felt different in this batch too, maybe you have changed the formula for the rose and violet but these just didn't feel up to your usual standard this time”
