“Bought three boxes, one for me and two as Christmas gifts. I opened mine and found one of the chocolates not really up to standard. Contacted Friars who, promptly replied and have refunded that box. But now stuck with two boxes already wrapped up for Christmas morning with no real way of knowing if they are up to scratch. I would have expected them to ask for all three to be returned, for exchange, just in case. So not really sure what to do next…”
