“These chocolates were bought as a gift so I haven't tasted them myself and can only comment on presentation. I liked the box but was disappointed that the gift/thank you card was not especially attractive. Re delivery I was told that the chocolates would be delivered on Saturday morning but the courier then emailed me to say that they delivered only on Mondays to Fridays. It was not the courier's fault that the parcel was rejected and returned to you and I was impressed at the speed with which you then sent it on to me. The staff were very pleasant to deal with both times.”
