“I am giving a low rating, purely because I think they are very expensive when each very small chocolate averages at £1 per chocolate ! I have no problem with the taste, they are very good!”

“I ordered the chocolates gift box in April and they were set to expire in June. One would have expected a fresh product with a longer shelf life, especially given the large size of the box. The short expiry was noticed by the person who I gifted the box, so I got in touch with Friars who mentioned they start reducing the price at two months but I had paid full price. This was embarrassing and is not the level of service and support I would expect from a luxury chocolate business. I will not purchase from them again.”

“At almost a quid each these chocolates need to be good! I'm not happy with the price, nor with the cunning method by which shoppers are encouraged to add further items to get free delivery, but I have to compliment Friars on getting out their orders in time and so, overall, it's not a bad shopping experience.”

“Always! buy this particular box of chocolate for My Mum, who has Diabetes. My Mum looks for to this treat, as its only Birthday & Christmas she has Chocolate to enjoy, thankyou too your sugar free Chocolate., which also traste wonderful, as I have tried myself., Well recommend.”
