“No problem with the chocolates or delivery, though I think there is room to improve the format of the optional message for the recipient. It’s a nice idea to personalise the product, but the message is computer printed (using a nice font) in a size almost too small to read and bunched up to the edge of a self-adhesive label which is then stuck inside a Friars card. A larger font size printed (or hand written) directly onto a nice piece of quality card (gold or white on black perhaps?) might have looked nicer but perhaps I’m being pedantic. Otherwise, a nice product and I’d be happy to buy more from Friar’s in future.”
