“Somehow a Signature box arrived initially (probably my fault) whereas I wanted sugar-free chocolates for a friend who is a diabetic. I rang your establishment and the lady I spoke to was very helpful and patient and the correct box was dispatched immediately. From pictures online the presentation of the chocolates is outstanding and I will order from you again.”
