“I ordered this box for my old mum for Mother's Day, typically I had left it to the last minute but Friars said they could deliver on the Sunday. Maybe it is me but I didn't see that it was a lot more to have the box delivered on Mother's day as Friars tell me I specified normal post, so the chocolates arrived on the Monday AFTER Mother's Day, not ideal. However, my mum is catholic and unbeknown to me, she had given up chocolates for Lent so she wasn't going to open the box until after Easter... I expect they will all be ruined by then so all in all it was a complete waste of time and money, I should have just sent flowers as I do most years.”

I am sorry to hear that your chocolates didn't arrive in time for Mother's Day. Unfortunately, as your order was placed on Friday and you selected our standard delivery option, we do statethis will take 2-5 working days for delivery. With respect to the chocolates being ruined after Easter, I can confirm that the chocolate would have at least 3 months before its best-before date and and as long as they are stored in a dark cool cupboard they will still be in perfect condition. “Superb! Great product all round. Although my mom has a wide palate, despite not liking 'cream' chocolates she was thoroughly pleased by both the flavours and wide choices within this box of chocolates. Equally, the service I received from Friars in both ordering and delivering was second to none. Full recommend”

“Great products my wife will only eat friars chocolates. I was looking forward to surprising her on this occasion unfortunately the post man delivered them to my wife's hand and written on the packaging is Friars. Surprise!”
