“As always, the orering process was easy, and the chocolates were much appreciated by the recipient. Delivery was not good, being incorrectly directed by the Post Office to an obscure depot, resulting in me being given 3 delivery dates. Eventually, I was informed they had been delivered on the third occasion to my selected post office too late for collection on Saturday; Must do a lot better!”

“Short dated chocolates supplied again. Very disappointg as they were purchased as a gift - unable to gift as I do not like to gift short dated chocolates. I will need to find another supplier as this is not the first time this has happened with Friars.”
