“Box was already opened. Little plastic seal was cut and egg was in two pieces and not even wrapped. It was disappointing but overall the egg was good and chocolate was nice”

We're sorry to hear that your Salted Caramel Chocolate Easter Egg arrived with the packaging open, this shouldn't happen, as the team who pack the order should notice things like this. With regard to the egg being in 2 pieces, this is actually how the egg is supposed to be, as the 2 halves are not joined together during production, we also don't wrap the eggs.
