“These are fantastic cherry liqueur chocolates. I used to enjoy those made by a well known Belgium brand but they stopped producing chocolates containing alcohol following the sale of the company. These are an excellent replacement!”

“I have bought these chocolates for my wife from numerous outlets over the last 15 plus years. Because they have a liquid filling I'm cautious when odering/transporting these chocolates when the weather is hot. I thought an order in October would be safe but despite Friars agreeing to replace 2 packs of damaged product foc the replacements arrived in even worse condition than the first! Once unwrapped it seems that rough handing is the likely cause of damage as the affected packs each had 1 or 2 cleanly broken chocolates inside. I never got to the stage where I had packs suitable for gifting which was my intention.”

Was there anything unique about your experience? (e.g., survived hot weather, fast delivery, special packaging) We find that keeping the liquid cherries in the fridge helps in the hot weather

Would you recommend this product for any particular occasion or type of person? Certainly

“I buy these for my wife, a similar product I normally pruchase from a shop on the Island. (IOW) But they've been out of stock for a long time. The Friars piquid cherry are fabulous Jane told me.”
