“Sadly the gift card I ordered with these chocolates was not included in the order. It was promised to be posted to me but it has not arrived. I bought many items as Christmas gifts and was dissapointed to hear thst you can only have one gift card per order. This makes very little sense when ordering multiple gifts . Expected better service from this established firm. Especially as the chocolates are expensive.”
