I am afraid that the customer service is extremely disappointing. Sent a number to emails that no one replied to and still awaiting a reply with regards to a refund.
The refund policy is not very clear and only when you go into description you see that the item I purchased was classed as fur product.
Garment was for a funeral and emailed when order placed asking delivery time and no one replied as would have cancelled order at start if knew take month for delivery.
Garment also does not look like images shown.
