“This is a months supply and to get the best results these are best taken for 3-6 months to get the full benefits of taking these. I am on my third week and take two capsules in the morning and two at night and being capsules they will dissolve internally within 30-45 minutes where as tablets tend to dissolve quicker but they absorb better with food so best taken with food if you can. I have noticed some improvements in my hair health and skin does look fresher I dont have wrinkles as such but skin was looking dehydrated and dull so does appear to be improving, also I have more energy levels so time will tell if I get the results I need. To improve my chances I intend to do a three months course along with healthy foods and exercise and must admit I do feel pretty good about myself at the moment. They are quite expensive but if the results of their trials are as good as they say then this is a small price to pay to look good as applying creams is good externally but beauty as they say starts from within. We are what we eat so if we eat good we look good and these contains some powerful anti ageing ingredients as I have looked at each ingredient and what they do.”

“I thought that I would give this food supplement from Regime London a try because the results of the clinical study on the capsules as seen on Amazon look very encouraging. This also seems like a super easy way to improve both the look of your skin & to look younger. There are 120 capsules in the pack & as you need to take four a day (two at lunch & the another two after tea with a full glass of water each time) the pack will last about a month. The capsules do not smell of anything & do not repeat on you at all. As you can see from my photo they are quite large but they are easy to take with some water as advised. The capsules contain MSM (methylsulfonylmethane which is an organic sulfur compound) which has been proved to improve both your complexion & the health of your skin. It is also good for your hair & nails, for energy, healing, to detoxify your body & as an anti inflammatory. They also contain a couple of other things but look to be suitable for vegetarians as the capsule shell is made from cellulose. They are packed in a clear plastic screw top tub that comes in a card box. The pack etc looks stylish & high end, the sort of thing they sell you in spa's. I have been taking these capsules for just over a week & my skin does look a little clearer, brighter & much less dull. I think it is too early to see any improvements to my fine lines etc though but I do have to review this product within a time limit & cannot wait until I have used the whole pack.”

“Amazing product to improve the skin and the overall body. This is my first time buying this after my friend constant praise for the product. I decided to give is a go, to see what the fuzz is all about. The main ingredient of this product, the MSM helps improve and minimize facial winkles, and provides other benefits to the hair and body, but to see the benefit of this product you have to use if to over 16 weeks, which is a long time and expensive. It is definitely worth it if you have the time and money. Four capsule is required daily, two in the morning and two in the evening; and they are quiet massive; so if you are the type of person who doesn't like taken pills; then this is not for you. As for me, I don't really mind. The benefit you get from using this is substantial, restoring skin firmness, improving skin tone and texture, is so worth the cost.”

“If you are not one for serums and moisturisers then this is another option worth trying. My partner is in his early 50s and is starting to get a few fine lines or crows feet around his eyes. He just about uses a Retinol moisturiser I bought for him but thought a capsule form would be better for him as I can give him the first 2 capsules after his breakfast. It is recommended that 4 capsules be taken daily, the second set of capsules is to be taken after dinner so I can remind him to take them also. The course of tablet is for 30. My partner has agreed to take the full course and if he sees any improvement he will buy another course. Some people have experienced positive results as soon as 8 weeks which is quite promising. My partner has taken 4 days worth of capsule so can not comment on the result as it is way to early. I do think this is another great way for men and women to take care of their skin as not everyone likes to use creams, oil, serums and masks. We feel confident that we will see some positive results and would recommend these capsules based on their capsule form.”
