“Over the last few years i have tried many different 'weight control' tablets and these so far are the best for me! I noticed a difference within the 1st week of taking them. Ill have a bowl of fresh fruit then take two tablets with water and thats me full till early eve when i have some food. Im semi disabled so i can't exercise nor walk very far, but after being on these *i feel the weight is dropping off. These tablets are well worth a try if you are looking to loose a few extra pounds! *The weight loss ive had is down to healthy eating as well as taking these tablets.”

“Unfortunately for myself I've seen no benefit in the above product. Have continued to use them as stated & almost finished the bottle before coming to this conclusion, I even found they increased my appetite of an evening. I wouldn't purchase again.”

“I have tried many brands over the years, and often feel super edgy and slightly unwell with some other brands. I find these very good, no bad side effects. I am taking only 1 per day to test the strength and so far, I have energy, can still sleep as usual, can exercise well, while also drinking the diet shakes and one healthy meal per day. So far a pound a day comfortably. I don't have too many pounds to reach the goal, but I will see if the usual diet slow down happens, then decide on a second cap....trial and error . I recommend to all. The company also is very professional and the products are good quality, reasonably priced and so far so good...working well.”
