“I was pleased when I discovered the Forza Krill Oill 500 mg Soft Gel Capsules - Pure Antarctic Krill Oil. I have Fibromyalgia, Diabetes and Peripheral Neuropathy so I was looking forward to the increased Omega-3 which helps improve my joint mobility and lower blood cholesterol and I have a knee injury. They are also good for Heart Health, Brain Health, Eye Health. This is a bottle of 30 capsules and you can take 1-2 daily. Each softgel capsule contains 215mg of phospholipids and also 50Âµg of naturally-occurring astaxanthin. “Extremely pleased, ive been using cod liver oil and omega 3 and fish oil etc for various reasons. They arent entirely for the same purpose, but krill oil is known as being the most effective and all round best of the fishy supplements. As a result they are more expensive, but these ones are available at a v competitive price so i snapped up a bottle. Absolutely no complaints, theyre doing their job perfectly.”
