“First off, I liked this product. It arrived promptly, and is packaged very professionally and looks to be of high quality. I got it for my friend in the hope it would help him with his, ahem, gastric problems... However, it does not seem to have helped him unfortunately, which is why it is only getting 4 stars from me. Nothing against the product, just didn't do the job I had hoped it would! If activated charcoal works for you, this is a superb example of it, so from that point of view, I recommend it! Just be aware that it's not a guaranteed solution to the problems like my friend had.”

“These have been an enormous help to me I suffer with IBS and since taking the stomach cramping has reduced and I'm more regular I also find I don't have as much trapped painful wind as I did prior to taking them. The container comes with full instructions and it's easy to follow results become apparent scuff around 10 days of using them. Highly recommend them also stops your wind smelling quite so bad when you do happen to pass wind.”

“So many uses for such a simple tablet! Activated charcoal tablets are great for reducing bloating and trapped wind (and helping to stop embarrassing releases...!) I've used Forza supplements before and they not only look stylish with clear bottles and shiny kids they work well. These are 250 mg per easy to take capsule and a recommended dose of 4 per dose. I actually find I haven't needed so many to make a difference, what you do need is lots of water to flush the toxins captured through! As these are capsules they can be carefully opened to offer a toothpaste boost for tooth whitening and even add to a face mask on problem areas. Overall great option, I've recommended. They arrive fast and do the job.”

“I have bought charcoal tablets from other suppliers and was tempted to buy these for the quick delivery. They are really good, I don't go anywhere without these tablets now, I have for some years had a problem with wind and these stop it immediately. Which is a complete blessing to me, I had little confidence before and these are game changers They work immediately, I take one tablet after a meal and they stop wind and ease bloating. You should take one after each meal, so three tablets a day, and this pot lasts one month. They arrived the very next day in a really sturdy box, so no damage to the pot. Which was sealed on the inside of the lid securely.”
