“I have been using these shakes (2 a day) for the last 3 days and I have started to lose weight already. I particularly like the vanilla flavour. It is easy to make and there are no lumps.”

“Like most women, I watch my weight. So I am always searching for new ways to make this less painful. I have previously tried the hot chocolate flavour of this meal replacement shake from Forza and I loved it, so I have decided to get more, this time vanilla flavour. This one comes in a box that has 3x 55g satchets that contain powder, just like the hot chocolate one that I have tried before. You can prepare the drink with cold or hot water, you simply add 250 to 300 ml and stir it until it's smooth. I used hot water because the powder is easier to dissolve then. The drink has a lovely strong vanilla smell. I must say that even though I love everything that is sweet, this one so sweet it was sickening! It was hard for me to finish the whole drink because it was like eating sugar dissolved in water.”

“The FORZA shake it slim meal replacement powder mixes very easily. the instructions say to mix the powder into water to make your shake but I used cashew milk instead, in the blender , with ice , some chia seeds and a quarter piece of banana. If you are using this product for weight loss then you would probably want to use it as directed and mix it with water as a meal replacement, keeping the calorie intake as labeled on package. I am using it because it has 22 vitamins and minerals and having malabsorption, shakes and smoothies are the easiest way for me to intake and absorb vitamins and minerals even though my body will not absorb the full amount.At only 204 calories per serving, I can add more than water and not be to concerned about a big overload of calories, as stated, I am intrested in the vitamins and minerals provided and not using this for weight loss, My 20 year old son is planning to use the forza products for weight loss and I will review from that aspect once his orders arrive and he has is using the products. The only thing about this product that I see as a down side is that the carbohydrate amount is high, this may be a big issue for those who have diabettes or prefer low carb diets.”

“I have used this product for my breakfast for the last few days. I didn't really eat breakfast before I purchased this shake and Yes it did make me feel full and no I didn't crave for food in the middle of the day, The product is easy to make just add water and shake it. I took a bottle of water to work and simply poured the contents in and shook for a few seconds, the results were excellent other shakes I have tried especially with cold water seem grainy and lumpy but this one was very smooth, if you don't drink it as soon as it is made it starts to get thick. I would buy this item again and in fact will be purchasing the latte and maybe another flavour some don't get bored of the vanilla one. Great tasting product just hope it helps shed the pounds.”

“I'd previously purchased the starter pack and enjoyed this flavour so much I had to buy them separately. Doesn't taste like other diet shakes, more like Nesquik! I have used these shakes as directed as well as part of the Newcastle diet and have seen results. The high protein content is also helpful for workouts.”

“The taste is nice and even better when blended with ice in this hotel weather. I've used the other flavours and trying to get my favourite is hard as they all taste nice. The sweet taste is not sugary sweet and for the amount of calories in each drink, I am happy with my purchase.”
