“The ones i bought out if Tesco were bigger and i only had to take two tablets a day, but with these im taking 3 a day. Not impressed with them, especially when i have recommended them.”

“I have taken the 200mg capsules (3 per day) for 1-month for the first ever time in my Life. I believe they do what they say on the label "breakdown of fats" as my Stomach seems to be wobbly more than ever before. I even had a1-week off these tablets and still did not gain weight on the scales, so I really do believe they help keep weight-off too. I will continue to the end with my 2-month supply (186 bottle) and have even purchased my next bottle in the sale! This said, I have googled Caffeine and read the following: "Caffeine can cause a short, but dramatic increase in your blood pressure, even if you don't have high blood pressure. It's unclear what causes this spike in blood pressure. Some researchers believe that caffeine could block a hormone that helps keep your arteries widened." Therefore, I shall not be taking "Raspberry K2" LONG-TERM. I shall maybe take for up to 1-year or whenever I reach my target weight and STOP (which ever comes first).”
