“I tried these and was so sick..the caffiene kicked off a migraine ... but my friend swears by them .. im 5foot 7 9 stone 6 age 45 ... and wanted to lose a few pound.. so a dietician friend told me 3 weetabix twice a day with semi skimmed milk and a healthy meal ..Wow..in 10 days I went from 9 stone 6 to 8 stone 10.. my skin is good too ..the weetabix also doesnt hurt my ibs either x”

“Start off with one a day and work it up. Works good when drinking water all day. I used to be so hungry and constantly eating, since taking these and drinking the water all day I've lost 2stone in 3 weeks and only feel hungry around dinner time. Would highly recommend.”
