“Covers all the basics well. While its relevance to my role (preparing and serving tea, coffee, squash, biscuits and occasionally cakes in my church after the Sunday morning service) is debatable, it serves as a useful reminder of how to observe good food hygiene practices while cooking for up to six people in my own home.”
