“We are a group of volunteers in Scotland raising minor funds for charity by donations, in open air situations (that is - we are not a business with premises). We therefore found some information not relevant: we have no supervisor, for example - the person who has completed this course is the closest to a supervisor, as they ensure correct standards are maintained by everyone. However, this course is the most relevant of the list of courses provided. It is well presented, and the differences between Scotland and England are well highlighted.”

“I really enjoyed completing this course. It clarified things I already knew but I learned some new things too. Very helpful for understanding the nature of various food hazards and for preventing/dealing with any that affect your work area. Also, much of the information is very useful for around the home too.”
