We're genuinely sorry that you were disappointed with the butter dish. As we discussed previously, we arranged a replacement in the hope of resolving the issue, but unfortunately the second item also did not meet your expectations.
Many of the ceramics we sell feature reactive glazes and hand-finished elements, meaning there can be natural variations between pieces. However, we completely appreciate that personal expectations differ, and on this occasion the finish was not what you were looking for.
We always want our customers to be happy with their purchases, and we're sorry that we were unable to achieve that for you despite providing a replacement.
