“This pilot is not as good as my previous "My Pilot" version which had extra features and was very easy to use.: It had an easy to use keypad with a visual screen which showed: 1) The volume on left/right aids, which could be set independently of each other 2) The level of strength remaining in each aids battery (very useful to indicate when nearly need replacing) 3) It was rechargeable and the screen also indicated the level of charge of the pilot 4) It also showed the time. All I can say regarding PilotOne is, using it is better than trying to change settings/volume on the aids themselves. Otherwise I am very disappointed, having been so pleased with the features of my previous "my Pilot". However, I would recommend PilotOne for anyone who had not had any experience of using a remote pilot before.”
