“Hello, the item pictured is the item I thought I was purchasing to fit the Gin 38 80 -100kg chute, however a tiny pouch item was delivered and had to be returned, I have not been refunded as yet”

The Supair OLYS SM container is clearly listed with a max volume of 3.2 L, which is too small for the Gin One G 38 reserve (2.3 kg, approx. 6–7 L). Our product page does not indicate compatibility with that reserve. The OLYS is designed as a light front reserve parachute container. We received your return on 13/10 and processed your refund on 14/10.

Dear Customer, We are following up regarding your review posted 21 days ago, as we still rely on you to correct the factual inaccuracy regarding the refund. We understand your initial frustration with the sizing, but as we detailed in our replies to you, the Supair OLYS SM container (3.2 L max volume) is technically incompatible with your Gin One G 38 reserve (which has a volume of approximately 6–7 L). Most importantly, we are surprised that the review still states you have not been refunded since the full refund was processed on 14 October 2025, the day after we received your returned item. We kindly request that you check your bank statement to confirm the funds have been received and then amend your review at your earliest convenience to reflect that the refund was processed, as this is currently factually incorrect. We made every effort to resolve this situation promptly by accepting the return and issuing the refund quickly, and we ask that you now uphold your side by ensuring the publicly visible review is accurate and fair.
