“Bought tickets for Christmas and New Year break. The parks were amazing and didn't disappoint. A perfect break for us as the kids are older. Make sure to catch the Gringotts bank vault ride WOW . 5*service from Florida tix too”

“It's a good idea to buy these 'bonus' tickets before you get to Universal. The tickets covered us for multiple entry to both Universal Parks. They allow you to go straight to the entry gate to register your finger print for entry. The queues for some attractions can still be quite lengthy, but 'Express' tickets (allowing you to bypass the normal queues) are available on some days. These however are quite costly. Don't buy these in advance as you still have to queue at the Universal Park ticket office to get them validated. Buy on the day at the park you are visiting.”

“It was really easy to buy the park tickets for our holiday in Orlando. They arrived really quickly - so there wasn't the worry associated with waiting. There was never any question at the gates as to their validity which alleviated any concerns from the first day and allowed us to enjoy the holiday.”

“Tried to order online but had a slight issue so contacted by phone and the issue was solved straight away. Bought tickets for Universal Orlando and they arrived within a couple of days of ordering. Fabulous service. Would definitely use again.”
