“I have been previously in October and had an awesome time but July is far too busy! Queues for up to 105 minutes for some rides! Also there are insufficient seating in the shade for the non riders to wait. Plenty eating places to go but can't do that all do especially as it is so expensive. Also the weather often caused rides to be closed, not complaining about that as totally get the safety aspect but tough luck if you are 40 - 50 minutes into a wait in the queue. Definitely worth a visit but avoid July unless you enjoy spending your entire day standing in a queue!!!”

“Bought insurance which I never do and kids changed mind on ticket so well worth it. Tickets worked well - as said real tickets , no exchange needed . Would use again”

“Very disappointing range of thrill rides. The largest rollercoaster was closed throughout our visit and we were not advised of this. Too much reliance on 3D effects rather than wind in your hair thrill rides. More fun to be had at Thorpe Park!”

“Great family holiday, disappointed with Wet & Wild as they no longer allow you to take your own food in and the new ride booking system was a joke, kept breaking and even though we all reserved the same slide at the same time it was giving us all completely different ride times, Universal and Islands of Adventure were great just a shame the Hulk ride was still closed.”

“I bought the tickets for myself, my 19yr old daughter and her 20yr friend. We wanted to see the new Harry Potter attraction. My daughter doesn't do rides but her friend does so we had plenty to do. Harry Potter was brilliant as was the ride.”
