“I bought the tickets in the UK before we went , we had a fantastic time at Universal Studios, Harry Potter was amazing. I would of been great even if we was allowed 1 fast pass as some of the queues were very long therefore we didn't manage to do the ride as we would of missed other attractions”

“The tickets arrived within a couple of days. On arrival at the parks they were usable straight away with no problems. The free parking was also seamless and saved a lot of money. The vouchers at the Malls also saved us money which was nice.”

“We love universal! Was so much cleaner, more up to date, better customer service, more exciting than Disney. We were not expecting that at all! Both kids (16 and 9) loved Harry Potter areas which are amazing. Simulator rides are astonishing. Only down side are we have to go in August which means big queues and disruption to some rides by storms but this doesn't spoil the fun. If you have an autistic child then make sure you find out about AAP provision. It is brilliant. Find out more Google autism at the parks.”

“I bought the tickets for my kids (good God they are all over 21) and they all enjoyed their visit to Universal. They want to come with us next year but they can buy their own tickets then!”

“We purchased the two park ticket valid for two weeks. Received actual tickets so could go straight to entrance on arrival. Visited 3 times during the two weeks and able to move between parks as we wished. Great experience with lots for whole family to do.”
