“Tried to book tickets over Christmas but notes kept stating 2016 but tickets 2017 ? so unable to contact them did not want to risk booking out of date tickets. When I contacted them as soon as they opened in January told pretty much its the new price i.e +£58 per ticket take it or leave it ! I personally think it was false advertising, how many other people did not take up the offers for the same reason and when they ring up told its the new price. Had good dealing with them in the past but never again”

“Purchased my Universal tickets from here for 2016. Just got more for 2017. You receive the real tickets not vouchers, so straight into the park. Tickets are valid for 14 days from the first day you initially use them. Save money & get them in advance.”

“Bought tickets for all our group, universal, ultimate discovery cove and circus de soeili, circus de soeili initially had the wrong dates when they arrived but this was changed after a phone call and sent the new documents within a few days. No problems with any park tickets at all, universal were the actual park tickets so no waiting about at the counter, straight through the gate. Discovery cove package was a paper voucher, but we went early (before our day at the cove) to redeem our tickets for the other parks, including sea world and busch gardens, to was a very quick and easy process and we got our land years and photo ID taken for discovery cove at the same time, this saved time on the actual day. Would recommend Floridatix.”
