“Guys, you almost nailed it but you need to get the Seaworld entry process fixed. The instructions provided and what actually happens when you get there are 2 different things. The instructions are to report to the customer service desk to get tickets but no such desk exists at the entry point. You have choices A, B or C. (A) is a self service pick up point and after a Q, the machine would not recognise the barcode. I then wait in an impossibly long Q designed for those who were buying day tickets (B)(. After 45 minutes of waiting I called Floridatix and was told not to wait in that line but to simply go to the entry gate (C) as we were 'gate ready'. After 20 mins in that line, the barcode was not recognised as being 'gate ready and I was pointed back to the impossibly long Q (B), where eventually my barcode was exchanged for actual tickets and I joing Q (C) again!. This process took a heck of a long amount of wasted time. You could do well to get this sorted by simply giving me the tickets I need to enter in the same way you gave my Universal tickets that I could use instantly. An otherwise good experience of Floridatix was spoiled by the Seaworld experience I'm afraid.”

“We bought universal tickets which turned out to be just regular entry tickets. I wish the information was clearer about fast pass and photo options, as I probably wouldn't have bought the tickets here, would have bought them in the US. The reason being, we purchased disney tickets from another website and it incl fast pass and memory maker (photos) as past of the uk deal. I expected the same with the universal tickets, my fault for presuming, but more details need to be available. I bought a 14 day pass, 2adults, 2 children, you only really need 2, perhaps 3 days and it would have been cheaper to get 2 day 2park tickets in America and purchase the fast pass online for $40 each in advance. We found out to add fast pass that day was $119 each, on top of the cost of our £900+ universal tickets, it was just too much. Fast pass is really needed in universal, as the queues are horrendous. There was nothing wrong with the tickets, they arrived on time, etc, I just wish there was more information about the park on Florida tix website that fast pass wasn't included and had to be purchased on universal's website. All being said, universal was fantastic and majority of the rides accessible to kids, Harry Potter rides were excellent (incl the 2 hr wait!). Fantastic experience”

“Sadly due to illness we weren't able to use them yet... but we will be back later in the year and we will use them then . I have checked on the back of the ticket and they are current til the end of the year”
