“Tickets arrived very quickly. Real shame we couldn't get into Volcano Bay as the park had reached capacity ten minutes after opening every day. Very hard trying to explain to a child that we have tickets however we need to go back to the hotel.”

“Bought tickets for Universal from Florida Tix which I highly recommend. Service was efficient & tickets delivered very promptly. Universal itself is a different issue. Within last 2 years there has been a 77% price increase which is due to new park Volcano Bay. Not given an option if you wanted a 2 or 3 park ticket (this applies to all ticket sales, not just Florida Tix). Would be nice to have choice as we would not have wanted to go to Volcano Bay. That said, to get our monies worth decided to try Volcano Bay. Thankfully I read reviews before going which are terrible. Also from talking to people when in Florida, they found it difficult even to get into the park at 7.30am. Appears Universal have not got this new park right at all, even though paying ticket price, will need to wait few years before getting into olcano Bay!”

“Fantastic theme park and staff, my party had 2 disabled members and universal catered extremely well for all of us. The rides are excellent although most not suitable for my daughter. The guest services bent over backwards to ensure we could access as much as possible”
