“Universal fantastic as normal only reason not giving 5stars is due to access to Volcano Bay. Park full really early being refused admission then queuing time on some rides over 2hr waiting”

“First time doing universal as a family and we loved it. Simply things like multi storey car park keeps your car cool. Parks are great and refillable cups are a must. Only downside is some of the long queues wish they would do the 3 fast passes same as Disney.”

“I had a great time during my time a at Universal. The two main parks were great, they have some really good rides. My personal favourite was the Wizarding World of Harry Potter which was fantastic, the rides, the shops, the plays and the sweets. I highly recommend getting a explorer ticket so you are able to leave one park and go into the other. This allowed us to avoid long wait times and also means you can ride the Hogwarts Express One disappointment would be the new water park Volcano Bay. The queues were long some over 3 hour waits in a virtual queue with a band. This would leave you with little else to do in the park because you could only virtually wait for one ride at a time. I would recommend going here in the mornings or evenings and not at peak holiday time.”
