“I brought 6 tickets for our family trip to Florida (5 adults and one child-although I had to pay for 6 adults as he is over 9 years old!). Firstly the booking process is so easy, we got the best prices I could find on here and the tickets arrived very quickly and worked perfectly. They advise to take pictures of the code on the back of the ticket in case you loose them, please do this. One of our group lost her ticket and it was replaced quickly and easily as we had a photo. The parks were incredible. Be warned it's not cheap, we knew this before we arrived so were prepared. You can also get a cup which you can re-fill all day with over 100 choices, this was brilliant and we certainly got our money's worth. If you take the same cup back another day they will charge you half price to re-use it. There are plenty of thrill seeker rides in Island of Adventures and the Harry Potter parts were fantastic, if you are a fan you will not be disappointed. The Universal Studios park was brilliant, there are a lot of 3D rides which were incredibly clever. Eating at Moes' was fun. We spent two and a half days in these parks and easily could have gone back for more, we had a lot to cram into our holiday so this was all the time we had. I cannot recommend Universal enough, you will have a fab time!!”
