“Firstly before reviewing I must tell you we had planned a trip to Universal the year before and had to cancel due to illness getting a refund back on our original tickets was no problem. And great service during a difficult time. The reason I made sure when we rescheduled that we used the same ticket company. Tickets ordered easily and arrived very quickly. Great not having to Q when we got to the parks and simply presented our tickets and hands for a fingerprint to link us to the cards (no switching of cards between people)”
