“My 4 stars are because of the food and the parking charges. I think that my kids were too young to get the most out of Universal, but the loved Islands of Adventures and Wet and Wild, which we purchased along with the Universal tickets. Everything in the parks was clean and litter free. The queues were long, but it was July, so to be expected! I love how there was something to look at even when walking between each section. The Jurassic park section was amazing and the kids loved seeing the dinosaur eggs hatch and meeting a stegosaurus. We also loved Diagon Alley, the Hogwart's Express and Hogsmeade (in Islands of Adventure). We bought the interactive wands which were a big hit. My only complaint with them is that it was a little difficult for the younger ones to cast the spells as you have to point the wand in exactly the right place and make the action quite small, but there were plenty of helpers around to guide us. The only other reason I gave a star less is the food. It was pretty grim to be hones and took ages even in the 'fast' service restaurants for no apparent reason. I've eaten in other theme parks in Orlando and it seems par for the course, but considering the amazing customer service, it puzzles me as to why the food is so bad! All in all a great place. Well worth the money for the 3 park 14 day ticket. It was great to be able to go in late for the parade one day, then early another to avoid the heat of the day. Parking is an eye watering $17 dollars per day, so keep plenty of cash with you! Fast passes purchased at the park also immensely expensive and only last one day, so might be worth trying to purchase before you go.”

“I bought tickets for a wedding present for our friends. On arriving at Universal the tickets were found to be out of date. Floridatix were well aware of our travel dates. We then had to go to customers services and queued for an hour. We got replacement tickets for the 14 days. On next visit the exact same thing happened again. Really frustrating given how big the lines are. Would hesitate to buy from here again.”

“Bought the tickets for my husband, two teenage children and myself we absolutely love these two parks and keep going back every time we visit the new Harry Potter attractions are fantastic! Tickets were a great price and arrived quickly as per usual.”

“Bought tickets for Disney, sea world, discovery cove etc and universal, great to be able to pay bits of when you want and when paid very fast delivery. Much cheaper than purchasing tickets at the parks. Had a fab time at every park.”

“The service from Florida Tix was excellent. The parks amazing. I am so glad ai took out the insurance as My grandaon had an accident and couldnt travel. Money back immediately. Only downside was the cost of the express passes at the gate.”

“This was the second time we used FloridaTix for our Universal 14 Day Passes. They arrived quickly and were easy to use straight away when we arrived at either parks. The 2 Universal Parks are absolutely brilliant can,t wait to go back. If you are there in peak times get to the parks early to avoid the queues !!”

“Two great theme parks with new Harry Potter attractions and rides. Queues can build up quite quickly and with the Universal Expresspass system, money talks if you want to jump the queues. Get there early if you want the best rides without too much waiting around. Tickets also included entry into Wet'n'Wild which was just as bad for queues and a bit tired compared with the other parks.”
