“e steeped in history this is a wonderful place with plenty to see and do the road trip is well worth the price if you are offered the road trip upgrade by your bus driver take it as it is almost half price, the people are great and so are the shop”

“St Augustine itself is a beautiful city, however the level of service from the tour company was disgraceful. I confirmed my tour and turned up at the pick up point on time. The bus eventually turned up to pick up my husband and I (25 minutes late). The driver then said that there was not much space for us really and we would need to rebook. We were going home two days later so could not do this. Even if we wanted to do this, we would have to pay for a taxi at our own expense to get back to our hotel, they would not drop us off. I refused and boarded the bus which was completely unsuitable for a 5 hour return journey to St Augustine, no proper seats, just bench-style shared seats. I spent the journey with a wheelchair rammed into my leg. This was the second tour I had booked with St Augustine, the other had been cancelled a few hours before we were due to leave. Poor all round from Floridatix and the local operator.”
