I brought the tickets a week before we departed and as such was emailed the e-tickets. They came with no instructions so I assumed I would be able to show the tickets on my phone on the day I had declared I was going when purchasing. Sadly however, the venue had no idea what to do with an e-ticket, they point blank refused to let me and my partner in until we had sent them the e-tickets (there was no wifi) so we had to purchase some data to send the tickets to the woman on the till's phone. Apparently we should have gone to the venue before the day we were booked to see them and ordered actual tickets via our e-tickets- though I imagine we still would have needed data then. It was very stressful, but once we were through with our food ordered it was silly fun. Only pepsi was free (anything else had to be paid for separately) and the food was so-so at best. Be-aware there is a lot of audience participation and they ask for a $5 gratuity per person at the end for handing out food and drinks regardless of how little you see your server during the performance.

Took my family to see the pirates, it was great. Food was ok Only thing that let it down was the price for drinks, $34 for 2 cocktails but you get to keep the glass Should be given the option to buy a drink with out the glass I felt it was a bit of a con. You order the drinks and then he tells you after he has made them you get to keep the glass: wow But if you want pirates and join in the show I would recommend just don't buy a drink before the show unless you want a glass

The tickets arrived but we had to contact the company when we got to the USA to get an on line ticket, however when we rang the company they said just to bring the paperwork from your company. As advised we got there an hour early for the pre show entertainment but was angry to have to pay $11 dollars for a souvenir glass before we could buy beer and $8 for a soft drink glass. we were told we would get reduced beer prices later. After the how a disco which lasted less than 20 mins before they closed the bar and finished for tge evening. The beer refill was $3 though. The meal was 0K but we were expecting a little bit more than we received. Then after the meal we were asked to pay $10 dollars each for the service. I know USA ask for tips but on a show why don't they just charge $10 more to save the hassle. The pirate show was very interactive and good fun but if you have gone to the one in Majorca this one Is not as good.
