“Julie the lady who drove us was lovely, wild Florida was amazing along with the airboat, BUT we arrived at 930, air boat was booked for 1130 and we had to leave at 1245, we missed the alligator shows and didn’t have much time there, this was a huge let down for me as we were really looking forward to having a proper look around, it was all rushed and we missed parts :-( this was after I had been told over the phone I didn’t need to confirm our place on the date, to ring the day before our tour to be told by greyline we wernt on the list of guests and couldn’t go on the agreed day, so we had to lose another day of our holiday, two days of our holiday was lost for the sake of 5 hours (was and hour there and back, air boat was an hour) over all was/am really disappointed. All grey line staff were amazing”

“Great team , efficient and safety always comes first , they like you to get involved ... if you want and when we got up the views were stunning and so peaceful ... would do it again in a heartbeat !”

“My wife and I bought these balloon tickets to do something else in Florida other than a theme park (although we both love theme parks), just to try a new adventure. It's great to get up in the air and it was so quiet and peaceful (other than the blast of the burners). It gives you a different perspective on the orlando countryside, and the sun rise is to die for, it made for spectacular photos.”

“I bought 5 tickets for my family but unfortunately our flight was cancelled because it was to windy aloft we rearranged our flight but again it was cancelled for the same reason, we were impressed with how floridatix dealt with this and we received a full refund.”

“Bought tickets for our daughters 16th birthday as a surprise - it was totally amazing from the early morning start to helping put the balloon up in a field as the sun was rising to rising gently into the air - fantastic! Brilliant staff, esp Mark our pilot.”
