“We booked onto the space centre/airboat safari tour run by Gray line. The space centre itself was fantastic and the air boat tour was great, the guides were very knowledgeable and friendly. However, when we finished the airboat safari we realised that the driver had left us without any warning. When another passenger contacted the company they stated he would be 'back soon'. He arrived much later, with no apology, than expected and as a result we had to cancel our dinner reservations. I highly recommend the experiences, but unfortunately not the tour company.”

“The tickets were received in a prompt time but our allocated time slot for the VIP bus tour was not received by Kennedy Space centre therefore we did not get the 11am slot that we wished and forced to take a later time (thankfully the new slot was available)”

“This is a fantastic visitor experience for the whole family. Lots of interactive things for kids to get involved with, tours, films and simulators. Well worth a visit.”
