“I thought we would be picked up from my hotel not the case We had a 5 minutes walk which was 20 minutes walk to another hotel because they didn't pickup from my hotel The air boat ride was ok but when we were going to the gator park we had to pick up someone and drop off people on the way this meant we didn't have as long at the park as we thought I felt most of the time was spent on a bus I wish I had used the car the as soon as the air boat ride had finished we could of had a couple of extra hours in the gator park. The gator park was good but we missed a big part of it as we didn't get enough time there.”

“The transport was an hour late, The bus taking us shouldn't have been on the road, I had to threaten with the police for them to change the bus as my family was not getting on that for the return journey, Luckily they did this but shouldn't have picked customers up in it in the first place Even though you have tickets from Florida tix you are not booked on anything until you confirm with the companies out there of when you want to go, I was booked for a Tuesday whilst in England But the day before the excursion I checked where the bus was picking us up and found out I wasn't on the the bus anyway and had to reschedule, lucky I was there long enough to do this, All round pretty poor Very disatisfied”
