“Decided to buy our tickets for Wild Florida before we left and Floridatix were the cheapest. Although Floridatix do not give you an airboat ride time I contacted Wild Florida by email and they were great and reserved a time for us. We were booked on the 10.15 airboat ride so arrived half hour before it. The staff were very friendly and checked us in and we sat outside (undercover) for our airboat. The scenery is amazing. We were booked for 1hr ride and it was fantastic our guide John was brilliant and explained because it is the summer chances of seeing an alligator would be slim but he would try his hardest. We put our ear muffs on to protect your ears from the engine noise of the boat. It was brilliant having the breeze blowing in your face as it was a very hot day. Make sure you take plenty of sunscreen and water to drink. We slowed down as we could see a ripple in the water and then in front of our eyes was a male alligator about 6ft long gliding in the water. We could stand to take photos and we got to ask questions. John also took us to see a nest. There were lots of beautiful birds to see too. It did not feel like an hour when it finished. I would do it again in a heartbeat. We then went round the park and saw some lovely animals and lots of alligators in the park. We also had something to eat there which was lovely and very reasonably priced with a nice air conditioned room to sit and eat your food. I would definitely recommend this as a different day out from the parks.”

“We had a very nice 4 1/2 hour excursion. We enjoyed the Airboat ride. We really did enjoy our wander around the wildlife park. We were very impressed by the value of the professionally taken pictures. The pictures were given to us on a flash drive. We never bothered retrieving them from the website. The pictures were good quality and came with interesting borders. We were pleased we did this excursion and had a thoroughly good time. Another good thing with this excursion was we were there for just the right amount of time. Over the years I have been on other excursions which were just an hour or two too long for what there is to see and do. This one was spot on.”

“We booked for a group of 11 and really enjoyed the peace of the park. Our airboat ride was with Captain Logan, who was brilliant! I would recommend the hour ride as time flies when you're having fun. We saw a few gators thanks to Captain Logan's eagle eye. Fantastic day out for all ages :-)”

“I went with the family on a 1hr ariboat ride just to try it out. I wish now we had booked longer as it was fascinating and we got to see plenty of alligators, birds of prey and other wildlife. We then went round the animal park which was a great place. I would certainly add this to any trip to Florida.”

“Booked a one hour airboat ride, the captain was very knowledgeable and obviously cared about the area and wildlife there which made the trip interesting as well as fun. The park was well laid out and clean with lots to see - we thought this would be a morning event but it turned into a full day out. The food there was also good and not as expensive as other attractions with food outlets.”
