“Using Florida was excellent from purchasing tickets to receiving them. We had a slight minor issue when on holiday which was sorted very speedily so we couldn't be happier. The only comment I would like to make is that the kids eat free vouchers that we bought we not worth the money. The restaurants were pretty poor ones which were on the list. One was also closed as it was being sold. So we didn't break even on those and I wouldn't recommend the vouchers to others. Apart from that I would thoroughly endorse Florida Tix to others and in fact my family and friends have already.”

“I was a bit dubious about booking all the park tickets before arriving in Florida but found that Floridatix was absolutely brilliant! I bought Disney, Universal and Seaworld tickets through them and was delighted how quickly they arrived and how easy it all was - it worked perfectly. Will definitely do this again.”

“I purchased 14 day tickets but was unable to use them to their full value. There were several reasons for this and one of the most impacting reason was the crowd. I was unaware how busy Disney would be between xmas and new year. Some parks were closed at 10 am due to being at full capacity, this made it impossible to 'park hop'. I wish there was an option to trade in unused days on your tickets and obtain a refund for this.”

“We used floridatix for 1st time last year on our 3rd trip to Florida,great service,actual tickets so no queuing at parks on first day just went straight in,( we have received vouchers to redeem at parks on previous visits and this can be time consuming when you just want to get on with your hols). Just read a previous review about seeing people drunk at disney and I can only say that they must have been unlucky on their trip because we have been several times and I can honestly say I've never noticed anything remotely like drunks spoiling anything for anybody. It's a magical place and well worth the ticket price.we are going again next year and will certainly be using floridatix again. Fast pass service has improved and you can even book your fast pass times before you go on holiday via your computer if you are organised! Just go on disney florida website and follow instructions for fast pass some rides are very busy so you can check out the wait times for the rides on the website so you have an idea which ones you need to book for to get the most out if your time there.enjoy.”
