“I was sceptical as most black spot removers are not as effective as their claims, But I have used this on 3 year old sandstone and it works a great. I agitated it a little. I didn’t even need to pressure wash too much afterwards. Beware- strong stuff and I ruined a top before learning my lesson!”

“Indian Sandstone patio good as new. Amazing result, just need a bit of patience to make sure the worst affected areas are kept wet until all lichen gone. Very pleased.”

“We had very bad black spot on a large Indian sandstone patio, this product cleared it up a treat! Very simple application and very little hard work, I simply sprayed it on as per instructions and watched as the black spot started dissapearing. So in my case, the product worked even better than described.”

“WOW... Ive tried all kinds of patio cleaner to rid my indian stone of all the black spots, various patio cleaner brands, high pressure jetting, everything imaginable. Then i came across this product and it has blown my mind.!!!! Try it and you wont be disappointed. My indian stone has beeen down for a long time and it is as vibrant now, after treatment, as the 1st day it was laid. I am so pleased. Thankyou Floorseal. Bill.”
